Happy New Year!!
I love you, Pumpkin.
Hi Pumpkin!
A new year has found us.
Not with fireworks or grand announcements, but with a quiet knock on the chest. A reminder that we are still here, still breathing, still becoming.
Before we step fully into this year, I need to apologize.
I owe you two chapters of the βBetween the Linesβ series, and I went quiet. Life happened in the tender, overwhelming way it sometimes does and I paused when I should have explained. Iβm sorry for the silence. Thank you for your patience, your gentleness, and for staying.
This year, I donβt want us to rush into becoming βbetter versionsβ of ourselves.
I want us to arrive slowly.
To stretch.
To listen to our bodies.
To unlearn the idea that rest is something we must earn.
Let this be the year we choose softness without guilt.
Where healing doesnβt have to be loud to be real.
Where growth can look like staying, not always leaving.
Where joy can be small and still holy.
May this year meet you gently.
May it give you room to exhale.
May you learn that your pace is not a flaw.
May you remember you are allowed to take up space, even on days you feel unfinished.
Pumpkin Gut will continue to be a place where we sit with our feelings instead of swallowing them whole. A place for honesty, tenderness, and the kind of writing that feels like a hand on your back when the world gets heavy. And yes, the story will be finished.
Thank you for being here.
Thank you for choosing softness with me.
Hereβs to a year of listening to our gut, honoring our bodies, and letting ourselves feel fully, freely, and without apology.
2026 will be amazing!
With all my love,
